For organisations
Your staff are managing money nobody taught them to manage
A twelve month personal finance programme for your staff and executives, built around what your own records are already telling you.
Where it shows up
You are already seeing this in your own records
Money pressure rarely arrives as a conversation. It arrives as a request, a deduction, or an absence, and it reaches HR and payroll before it reaches anyone else.
Salary advance requests
The same names, month after month, and a process nobody designed for this.
Loan deductions eating a payslip
Staff whose net pay has been committed before it arrives, and who cannot say where it went.
Distraction at work
Money worry does not stay at home. It follows people into the shift and into the meeting.
What it is
Six parts, run across one budget year
Nothing here is a lecture series. Every session ends with one finished thing and one committed action, and the year is measured against where your workforce actually started.
An anonymous staff survey
About ten minutes, online or on paper, covering day to day money, borrowing, saving, protection and the future. Results are never broken down for any group of fewer than ten people.
Five workshops
Half a day each, in the order staff need them rather than the order a textbook would use. Taught with an invented person's numbers, then worked privately on their own.
One habit, tracked all year
Save something every payday, before anything else. Each person sets their own amount and their own date in workshop one. Nobody says an amount out loud and nothing is logged against a name.
Monthly group clinics
One hour, online, every month from month two. Questions are submitted anonymously, so no one discusses their own finances in front of colleagues.
A managers and HR briefing
Two hours on supporting staff and handling money related requests, for the people who field them first.
Reports at six and twelve months
A baseline after the first survey, a six month report, and a year end report on change at every level, with recommendations for the next year.
The curriculum
Five workshops, in the order staff need them
The payslip is the number everyone already owns. A plan and a buffer come before borrowing can be fixed. Protection and growth come once the month holds together.
- 01
Your pay, and the habit that starts today
Reading your payslip · where your money goes · habit kickoff
Staff can explain every deduction on their payslip, map a month of household money, and start a payday saving habit that is tracked for the rest of the year.
- 02
Making it to payday
A spending plan that lasts to payday · family obligations · your emergency fund
Staff can plan from payday, set a family support budget they can hold to, and start an emergency fund.
- 03
Borrowing, and who is targeting you
The true cost of borrowing · getting out of debt · spotting scams and Ponzi schemes
Staff can compare loans by the total repaid, put their debts in an order to clear them, and recognise a scheme before it takes their money.
- 04
Protecting what you have
Your pension explained · insurance that matters · beneficiaries and family records
Staff can read a pension statement, find the gaps in their cover, and name beneficiaries.
- 05
Growing it, and planning ahead
Saving versus investing · big goals · retirement readiness
Staff can match goals to saving or investing, put dates and amounts on big goals, and estimate their retirement gap.
Who it reaches
Five groups, each at the right pace
A programme that reaches every site, shift and level without disrupting operations. Groups are run separately because the questions are not the same.
Frontline staff
Wage and hourly staff, mixed education levels
Half day workshops in person, twelve to thirty people.
Professionals
Officers, specialists, supervisors, mid career staff
Workshops or ninety minute sessions, in person or online, up to thirty people.
Managers and HR
Line managers, HR and payroll staff
A two hour briefing on supporting staff and handling money related requests.
Executives
Senior leaders, directors and, if you wish, board members
Private one to one coaching, kept fully separate from the organisation.
People at a turning point
New hires, staff within five years of retirement, staff facing contract end
Short modules when needed: first payslip at onboarding, pre retirement across two half days, contract end in half a day.
What you get back
Measured at four levels, against your own starting point
Reaction
Did staff find it useful?
Short feedback after each session.
Learning
Did knowledge improve?
A knowledge check before and after.
Behaviour
Are staff doing things differently?
The habit tracker payday by payday, plus the survey on running out before payday, borrowing for basics, saving monthly, emergency funds and beneficiaries.
Organisation
Did anything change for you?
Your own aggregate records, such as the number and value of salary advance requests, compared with the year before.
Baseline
After the first survey, so the year has a starting point that is yours rather than an industry average.
Six months
Attendance, feedback, pulse survey results and the share of staff saving every payday.
Year end
Change at every level, including the habit tracked from the first workshop, with recommendations for the next year.
We do not promise a return on investment figure. We show measured change against your own starting point, and we say so in writing before you sign anything.
Independence
Paid by you, and by nobody else
Synercate is paid only by your organisation. We do not sell financial products, receive commissions or referral fees, or recommend providers.
You receive attendance numbers and group results only. Coaching notes stay with Synercate and are never shared with you. Clinic questions are submitted anonymously.

Tell us about your organisation
We come back with a written scope and fee. Nothing is charged for the conversation, and no figure is quoted until we know the size and shape of the groups.
The enquiry form is not live yet. Until it is, write to contact@wealtharbiter.com with the name of your organisation and roughly how many staff it employs, and we will come back with the same written scope and fee.
We reply from a named person, not a queue. Your details are used to prepare your proposal and nothing else.
